Introducing the Persona 360 Methodology
Persona 360™ is a next-generation personality framework built on 12 opposing trait pairs that capture the richness of human behavior and preferences. We offer two versions:
- Standard (9 trait pairs) – a compact, powerful overview.
- Full (12 trait pairs) – the most comprehensive profile.
Why Trait Pairs?
Our approach follows the tradition of Jung’s original insight: that personality can be best understood through pairs of contrasting traits (like Introverted ↔ Extraverted). Unlike older tools such as Myers-Briggs, 16 Personalities, or DISC, we found that many terms in those models overlap or lack clarity. Persona 360 refines and modernizes this idea, ensuring precise, unambiguous definitions that resonate in today’s workplace and cross-cultural environments.
Powered by AI, Free from Old Constraints
Earlier personality tools were limited by the need to keep trait sets small and static. With AI, Persona 360 is not bound by these restrictions. We can explore 9 or even 12 distinct pairs without overwhelming the user, capturing a far more complete and nuanced personality profile.
Deep Focus on Your Essence
Your Persona 360™ report is not just a list of traits. We identify your top 3 or 4 standout trait pairs - the true essence of your personality - and provide a deep narrative on how they interact. These become your archetype, the core of who you are. Secondary traits are also described in detail, but with emphasis on how they complement (rather than define) your core personality.
A Narrative That Feels Like You
Because Persona 360™ is AI-powered, it goes beyond static descriptions. It weaves your trait pairs together with your personal aspirations, values, and cultural context, creating a unique narrative that feels authentic, insightful, and actionable.
Culturally Adaptable
Each trait pair comes with synonyms and alternative phrasings, ensuring that meaning translates smoothly across languages and cultures. This makes Persona 360™ accessible and relevant for diverse teams and global organizations.
